Question 4

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We primarily serve Belgium, with showrooms in Brussels and Knokke. However, we do take on select international projects. Additional travel and logistics fees may apply for projects outside Belgium.

Question 5

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer virtual coffee consultations via video call where we can discuss your project, share initial ideas, and determine next steps. This is perfect for initial discovery or for clients who prefer to meet online first.

Question 6

How long does a typical project take?

Accepted Answer

The timeline depends on the scope of your project, your decision-making pace and product lead times. For residential projects, getting to know your needs typically takes 1–2 weeks, followed by 3–4 weeks to develop and refine your furniture selection. Delivery and final installation usually take a further 8–12 weeks once orders are confirmed. Commercial project timelines vary depending on their scale and requirements.

Question 7

What is your design process?

Accepted Answer

Our process consists of three phases: Get to know each other: We explore your needs, style, space and budget. Let’s play: look & feel: We bring your ideas to life through mood boards, samples and a curated selection of furniture, rugs, curtains and lighting. Almost home: Once your orders are confirmed, we coordinate deliveries and final installation by our team.

Question 8

Can I be involved in the design process?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We believe in collaborative design. During the Let’s play: look & feel phase, we explore ideas together in interactive workshops in our showroom, share suggestions and refine your selection based on your feedback. Your input and final approval on all key decisions help us create an interior that reflects your style and vision. Once your orders are confirmed, you can sit back and relax while we coordinate delivery and installation.

Question 9

When should I contact you, and how soon can we start?

Accepted Answer

The earlier, the better, especially if you’re renovating or building. Choosing your furniture, rugs, curtains and lighting alongside your materials and finishes helps create a cohesive interior from the start. We can typically begin within two weeks, depending on our current project schedule. If you’re working to a tight deadline, let us know so we can explore what’s possible.

Question 10

What budget should I plan for my interior, and is there a minimum?

Accepted Answer

Whether you’re furnishing a single room or buying just one piece, product prices follow the retail prices set by the brands. Always. Like choosing a car, furnishing an interior depends on your wishes, needs and priorities. During the Get to know each other phase, we discuss your budget and what matters most to you. A food lover might invest more in a dining table, while a lighting enthusiast may prioritise statement lamps. We combine upper-mid-range and high-end brands to find the right balance for you. Most complete furnishing projects start at around €30,000, depending on the scope and your choices. Luxury selections can increase the budget considerably, so we discuss each project individually.

Question 11

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing combines a fixed design fee, the cost of your selected products and delivery and installation costs. We offer two design packages: €2,500: without renders. €5,500: including renders and material and finish selections. If you’re buying individual pieces, our advice is complimentary and no design fee applies. Furniture, rugs, curtains and lighting are priced at the retail prices set by the brands. During your consultation, we discuss your budget and prepare a proposal tailored to your needs, with delivery and installation costs clearly outlined.

Question 12

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a Lease-to-Own option through our partnership with a financial provider. This allows you to spread payments over 5 years. Learn more on our Lease-to-Own page.

Question 13

What is included in your service fee?

Accepted Answer

Our services covers consultations, concept development, a cohesive full proposal for furniture, rugs, curtains and lighting, and a 2D layout showing furniture placement and flow through your space. If you choose the package with renders, it also includes 3D visualisations and material and finish selections. We coordinate delivery and installation by our team, with these costs quoted separately.

Question 14

Which brands do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with over 80 premium European brands, from smaller names we’re constantly discovering to established brands whose designers and craftsmanship we admire. Our selection includes Louise Roe, Vitra, B&B Italia, Cassina, Flos, Artemide, Molteni&C, Minotti and many more. Visit our Brands page to explore the full selection.

Question 15

Can I use my existing furniture?

Accepted Answer

Question 16

Can I customise the furniture I choose?

Accepted Answer

Yess, Thas is exactly what we love. Many pieces are available in different dimensions, fabrics, colours and finishes, depending on the brand and model. We guide you through the options using samples in our showrooms to find the right fit for your interior.

Question 17

Can I buy a single piece without a full interior project?

Accepted Answer

Question 18

Our Knokke showroom is open by appointment only, Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 21:00. Question 19

What is the virtual showroom experience?

Accepted Answer

Our virtual showroom features a large-screen digital library with thousand of personnalised products from over 80 premium brands. During your visit, we use this technology to visualize your interior in real-time, mixing and matching pieces to create your perfect space.

Question 20

Can I try the furniture in your showrooms?

Accepted Answer

Our showrooms focus on discovering and personalising your selection through digital collections and physical samples, rather than furniture on display. This allows us to explore a much wider range of pieces, fabrics and finishes with you. You can feel the fabrics and textures, compare materials and see everything come together in a large physical mood board of your proposed interior. If you’d like to sit on or test a specific piece, we can arrange a separate visit with one of our brand representatives, subject to availability. This takes place at another location and needs to be planned in advance.

Question 21

Do you handle delivery and installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we coordinate all delivery and installation. Our team works with trusted installers and manages the entire process to ensure everything is placed perfectly and your space is ready to enjoy.

Question 22

Do you work with my architect or interior designer?

Accepted Answer

Question 23

Do you offer after-sales support?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide ongoing support after project completion. If you have questions about care, maintenance, or want to add pieces later, we're here to help. Many clients return for additional rooms or new projects.

Question 24

Accepted Answer

While we respect client privacy, you can experience our design aesthetic and see portfolio in our Brussels and Knokke showrooms, which feature complete room settings. We also share project case studies on our website with client permission.
