City view Penthouse
Located on the eighth floor of the iconic Square du Héros from Immobel developer, this penthouse benefits from exceptional panoramic views and a spectacular 360-degree terrace that completely surrounds the apartment. Flooded with natural light and opening onto the city and surrounding greenery from every angle, the project naturally evolved around the connection between the interior spaces and the ever-changing urban landscape outside.
The goal was to create a modern and energising living environment that reflects the dynamic rhythm of city life while maintaining a strong sense of comfort and warmth. With its large open living area and two bedrooms, the penthouse was designed as a place where architecture, views, and atmosphere seamlessly interact throughout the day.
A soft palette of beige mineral tones, warm ochre accents, and layered green nuances was introduced to echo the colours of the surrounding trees visible from the apartment. Contemporary materials and clean architectural lines were softened through textured fabrics, carefully selected furniture pieces, and warmer finishes, creating a balance between urban sophistication and relaxed living.
Throughout the project, special attention was given to openness, circulation, and the relationship between the interior and the terraces. The furniture layout was carefully composed to frame the panoramic views while maintaining intimate and comfortable living zones within the open space. The result is a contemporary penthouse that feels vibrant, refined, and deeply connected to both the city and nature surrounding it.

Inspiration
The inspiration for this penthouse came from the contrast between urban architecture and the surrounding greenery visible from the terraces. Warm terracotta tiles, soft beige mineral tones, touches of ochre, and layered green accents were introduced to reflect the changing colours of the trees and natural light surrounding the apartment.
Materials
A rich material palette of warm terracotta surfaces, London Kensington parquet flooring, grey-green Bulthaup kitchen fronts, walnut furniture pieces, and layered beige tones creates a contemporary atmosphere that feels both urban and deeply inviting.
Furniture
The furniture selection focused on darker walnut tones to bring depth and contrast into the open penthouse architecture. A custom office area was designed with openness and integrated storage solutions, creating a comfortable and inspiring workspace within the living environment. Full carpeting in the office adds softness and warmth, enhancing the atmosphere for long working moments at home. Throughout the apartment, inox details were introduced through low tables and lighting pieces, bringing a sharper contemporary edge to the warmer materials. Striped fabrics on the bar stools subtly echo the tones and textures of the seating cushions, creating a cohesive and layered atmosphere across the open living spaces.
