Offices
Located in the Sablon district of Brussels, this real estate office for So Estate was designed as a contemporary and welcoming workspace with a strong urban identity. As the second agency we developed together, the project naturally evolved from an already established visual language while introducing a new atmosphere adapted to this location.
One of the defining features of the interior is the use of reclaimed glass tiles sourced from an old Brussels building, bringing texture, reflection, and a subtle nostalgic character into the space. Soft light blue tones inspired by the agency’s branding were layered throughout the project to create a calm and approachable atmosphere.
The office was conceived as a series of intimate and functional spaces, including a cosy entrance waiting corner, a more private office room, and a relaxed coffee area that encourages informal conversations with clients. Contemporary furniture and softer textures were combined to create a professional environment that feels warm, fresh, and approachable rather than traditional or corporate.
The result is a compact yet characterful real estate office where materiality, colour, and thoughtful spatial details come together to reflect the modern identity of So Estate.
